Ed Mathews is a seasoned real estate investor and the founder of Clark St Capital. With over a decade of experience, Ed built a portfolio of multifamily properties in CT and Southeast US. Ed is an expert in creating deal flow, raising capital, multifamily investing and property management. Clark St’s mission is to uplift the local communities by bringing unloved properties back to life, provide clean and safe homes where residents can be proud to live.
