Heigh Expectations
For our very first Episode, we had the pleasure of interviewing Dwayne Heigh, the founder and president of Heigh Capital Group. Dwayne Heigh is a global real estate investor who serves as Commercial Investment Advisor in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Maryland.
Heigh started his real estate career in sales and property management where he won multiple awards for his natural ability to lead and manage 3,500+ multi-family units, capture 100% of tenant rents, and achieve 100% occupancy in communities he managed.
His life-long entrepreneurial spirit led him to pursue commercial real estate; today he specializes in the exclusive representation of buyers and sellers of Multifamily, Land, Landlord Representation and other related commercial investment properties. He believes in partnering with clients to see both the big-picture vision and the tactics to bring a strategy to life; he operates personally and professionally with transparency, honesty, and care.Heigh also serves as Partner in Sundry Inc., a high-growth property management firm.
